Some of My Views| | I was never going to write a blog about my views, yet alone a political blog, but here I go...
I will say a few things first just so I feel better! so here's the one prediction that i'm pretty sure WILL
happen... Obama will most likely win the election, unless by some freak
accident, McCain has voters poppin' up out of nowhere that catch him
up, he could win by a landslide, nonetheless I am voting for him
(McCain) :D
There's something I don't understand though. The
people that are for Obama tear down the McCain signs, and the people
who are for McCain tear down the Obama signs (same thing with the Yes
and No on Prop 8 signs), people, you're seriously STUPID. I don't care
what side you're voting on, but it shows how immature you are to tear
down somebody's signs, I understand the urge to do that but it doesn't
mean you should, nobody seems to have any self-control now-a-days
(I'd put that in one word but then some moron who can't read who ask me
what the word is, no offense...)
Do you really think you're making
a point by doing it? Do you think it'll take away that person's vote?
(and if a cop drove by as you did it, it's likely they'd come talk to
since it IS illegal to DAMAGE OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY)

If
you wanna talk about politics, mainly and simply, keeping it PG and as
"undirty" as possible, then here's my views, and don't think my
religious beliefs are the only reason I view political and/or
nonpolitical things the way that I do...
a) Abortion... I'm
TOTALLY against it, wanna ask why? Then leave a comment, and I'll tell
you why, we can "discuss" it if you fancy that
(I don't wanna write a big long paragraph about it...)
b)
Gay marriage, not really for it but if you wanna get married, go ahead;
however, shoving that "it's okay" down my children's throat is where I
DRAW A LINE, I AM THE PARENT and that IS a moral issue, and the
GOVERNMENT and SCHOOLS have no place in teaching those things to my
kids and call that intolerance if you wish, but you don't tolerate my
beliefs, so why should I tolerate yours?
And anyone who hurts
someone for being gay or lesbian is a freaking idiot, I don't believe
with their lifestyle, there's a lot of lifestyle choices I don't agree
with but that doesn't make it right for me to go out and hurt people,
seriously.. grow the hell up...
c) I'm not racist, in fact, quite
honestly, I don't like any of the running Presidential candidates, I
do feel that McCain is better than Obama, due to his political
experience even though I don't agree with EVERYTHING he's for. My
voting for McCain has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Obama being
African-American, and I stand up for him when people talk crap about
him, or McCain, they're both good guys even though I don't like either
of them as far as being the next President
d) Religion, something
unreligious people need to understand, this country was FOUNDED upon
certain religious principles, call me old fashioned all you want but
the words UNDER GOD have been in the Pledge of Allegiance since
forever, and if you don't want your kid saying it, then homeschool
them, or tell them to not say it when they recite the Pledge of
Allegiance in their school, you're the parent, you stand up and raise
your child your own way
e) Evolution, not really a political view
but I didn't evolve from a monkey, I don't care what you say, we may be
genetically similar and very closely related in that way but I did NOT
evolve from a primate... got it?
f) Global Warming: it's happening, stop acting like it isn't
g)
Animal Cruelty... okay so this comment will be PG-13, to those of you
who think animal abuse is fun, let me abuse the shit out of you and see
how you like it!
h) CHILD ABUSE I WILL NEVER TOLERATE... that is
wrong in every way, shape, and form, how can someone abuse a child? I
don't understand that mentality, I know kids can be brats, but there's
no excuse (SELF-CONTROL?)
and getting spanked is not abuse.. unless
you're going frikkin postal or spank them crazily for no reason, then
you're probably insane and should get checked out
i) Man... if you don't wanna be an American, then leave. If you don't like the flag, then leave. If you can't stand this country, get a life jacket, and start swimming...
j) The word GD.... GOD DOESN'T HAVE A LAST NAME! you're all stupid.

I don't hate Democrats, I disagree with their ways of thinking most the
time, and I've been told I can be liberal on certain issues :/
l)
Sex education -- teach it in high school, kids are old enough to learn
about it and not make a stupid decision, sex is common and some parents
don't teach their kids "jack" about it so teach them please, so they at
least know the facts
m) Premarital sex, part of my reason for being
against it is the fact that I am a religious person, I'm not forcing my
views down your throat or saying you'll go to Hell or something for
doing it
You're reading this, you clicked the link to read it so don't complain, you can always go look at something else... =D
However,
if you do decide that "you're old enough" to have sex or just to be
"sexually active," be prepared for the consequences, "good" or bad,
such as reputation, pregnancy, disease... Consider that next time, before you throw your clothes off.
n)
Alcohol - gah, it tastes horrible and makes you act either really
stupid and/or not like yourself... if you want liver disease and to say
things you might not want others to know, then go ahead, party it up...
I vowed over a year ago that I'd never touch alcohol again
o) Drugs - same response as alcohol thing but I've never taken drugs and I never will except for like Tylenol and Midol =D
p)
Smoking... I know MANY people who smoke, and I won't lie MENTHOL
CIGARETTES smell amazing, they're enticing even, but I'll never light
one and stick it to my mouth... Smoking gives you bad breath, makes
your clothes stink, can give you cancer, your second-hand smoke hurts
those around you (if they have asthma or whatever), you don't look
"cool" smoking, at all, and last but not least the everly awesome pair
of BLACK LUNGS, it doesn't make a fashion statement unless your runway
consists of a black plastic bag being dragged across the floor leading
to the garbage disposal
q) Am I done yet? Crap man...
r) Illegal aliens, I'm sorry, Americans should have more rights than you, end of story

The war... ah... touchy subject, here we go, I don't LIKE war, I don't
LIKE the idea of killing, at all... however, we're in a war and me
saying I don't like it isn't going to make it go away, war is never
going to stop, peace will never exist, not as long as we have people
who are biased and addicted to money... sorry... I'm neutral on it
though, and I don't like terrorists
t) Pornography, most guys laugh
watching it, and if people can "get off" to some pixels in a glass box,
then they're freaking desperate and pathetic, you couldn't get the real
thing, even if it slapped you in the face
u) Obesity and other
eating problems - quite simply... there's too much of that sh!t in our
country. People need to stop relying on other people's views and
opinions, damn you Hollywood, got little girls asking if they're fat,
and they're only FIVE!
v) Cussing... I do a little of it, but never around little kids, people who cuss around kids have no respect, "grown up" talk...
w)
Parents - some don't act like parents and it DRIVES ME CRAZY, stop
trying to be their FRIEND, man up or woman up, and act like a parent,
whether you're 12 or 72, jeez...
x) Guns - I don't care what the
stupid government tells me, I'm gonna have a gun, a bat, pepper spray,
and a can of whoop ass next to my bed when I sleep, and in secret
places around my house, don't mess with me, I'll defend myself and the
ones I love
y) Criminals - those who truly are... you all should flush yourself down the giant toilet from the movie The Mask
z) Hunting, hunt elk and stuff, not the endangered species (polar bears... whales...) stupid poachers
aa) People who say the words "I love you" after dating for a few days, YEAH RIGHT. Love takes time. Unless you've like known each other your whole life, or for a while, and recently ignited a spark, then okay, otherwise you're full of lust, trust me...
bb) I BELIEVE IN GOD. Don't like it? Shut the front door.
